MERGERS can herald turbulence.

As humans, we develop strong attachments to what is familiar.

Appreciative inquiry, a strengths based coaching approach supports teams to embrace the new, energising strength and resilience to grow together, with a collective vision.

Leading a coaching team using appreciative inquiry, we supported a leading global broking firm to successfully transition through a merger.

Our BELONGING sessions enable people to bring their voices and life stories into the room while actively listening to and becoming curious about others. In exchanging stories, we celebrate our similarities and differences and lean into our shared humanity.

Dr. Avi Ben-Zeev holds a Yale PhD in cognitive psychology and is an expert on stereotype threat, EDI, and belonging, with research publications in top-tier journals, including Psychological Science. Avi is also an award-winning creative writer.

Avi’s sessions are highly interactive. He combines psychology insights with storytelling prompts that enable participants to share their voices and stories. In this process, participants lean into belonging by bonding over life experiences and core values, open-hearted communication, active listening, and shared purpose.
